Through sustainable development strategy Danone has been expanding its operations worldwide being present in more than 150 countries. Danone LLC is operating in Azerbaijan since 2006 & holds one of the leading positions in fresh dairy products. To support further business development Danone LLC is now looking for a dairy Brand Manager based in Baku responsible for Azerbaijan & Georgia.


Build the value of Danone brands for shoppers and consumers via effective designing, planning and excellent execution of winning marketing strategies.

REPORTING TO: General Manager Caucasus


- 3+ years of experience in marketing in International FMCG
- Track record of sustainable growth results for one of the major brands
- Higher Education BA or MBA
- Fluency in Azeri & English
- Proficiency in MS OFFICE

 Analyze and understand local business needs, brand KPI, consumer, trends, sales, competitive environment, macro-economic context
 Analyze digital trends and observe in-store shopper behavior to turn them into actionable insights
 Aware and follow Global Brands strategies
 Elaborate & lead relevant consumer centric brand yearly go-to-market strategy (consumer, channel, media) and annual activation grid with involvement of peers in other departments and line manager
 Integrate “value in” innovations launch into the grid and ensure timely and excellent execution with regular post mortem analysis
 Activate digital platforms and social networks on regular basis
 Properly manage annual marketing budget to ensure 100% utilization.
 Manage third party advertising agencies
 Control brand “financial health” status as per agreed KPI based on monthly P&L
 Propose innovative and non-standard ways of solution for existing issues and routine
 Design, adopt and produce any kind of point of sales materials, including elements of the product artwork (neck hangers, on-product stickers etc.)
 Regularly analyze sales reports and come up with proposals and recommendations
 Regular market visits and store-checks to ensure proper execution of marketing initiatives
