Job position: In-charge auditor (leading external auditor)

Location: Baku
5 working days in a week
Salary: net 1000 AZN

Responsibilities:

• Auditing financial statements and other accounting records in accordance with International Standards of Auditing (ISA) and other applicable frameworks;
• Review clients’ accounting and operating procedures and internal control systems and perform tests of internal control;
• Performing audit planning, testing in accordance with ISA and financial reporting in accordance with IFRS requirements;
• Contacting and co-operating with clients’ staff and representatives;
• Preparation of management letters regarding to internal control weaknesses and proposed enhancements, irregularities identified during the audit, their implications and providing necessary recommendations

Key requirements:

• Higher education in accounting, finance or economics;
• 2-3 years of experience in accounting or audit;
• Good knowledge on Azerbaijani Tax Code;
• Good knowledge on IFRSs and ISA;
• Good knowledge on MS Office (Specially Excel);
• Fluent Azerbaijani and English (Russian is an advantage);
• 1C knowledge is an advantage;
• Accounting qualifications is an advantage (ACCA);
• Knowledge of accounting policies and procedure;
• Good communication, problem-solving and reporting skills
