Responsibilities:

- Ability to comprehend and communicate in fluent Azerbaijan and Russian languages (English +).
- Proven work experience as a Call Center Operator and Customer Services (minimum 2 years)
- Attentiveness and patience for customers;
- Active listening and effective communication skills ;
- Team spirit;
- Friendly disposition;
- Ready to work in evening and night shift;
- Excellent communication and coordination skills;
- Bachelor’s degree or College degree
- Handle incoming customer calls (informational and operational functions)
- Providing with all necessary information on customer services .
- To Work with customers’ complaints and wishes/ requests.
- Providing support to other departments (outgoing calls / survey / informing).
- Execute other duties as guided by heads of the department and division
