Mechanical Engineer
Location: Georgia, Tbilisi
Responsibilities:
- Work with clients to identify project needs and document requirements.
- Design Plumbing systems including sanitary waste, vent, storm, domestic water distribution systems, and treated water systems.
- Design and select fire-fighting systems and equipment
- Complete Plumbing calculations including water supply, drainage, storm, and equipment sizes.
- Prepare technical specifications and bill of quantities for Plumbing and Fire Fighting Systems.
- Conducting site visit periodically to ongoing execution projects to check installation quality and progress.
- Supervise CAD drafters by assigning work, answering questions and checking work for accuracy.
Education and qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline.
Work experience:
- Have at least five years’ experience in Building Engineering Plumbing and Fire Fighting Systems;
- Have experience using AutoCAD to draw system plans. (Knowledge of Revit will be plus);
- Have experience on international plumbing and fire codes.
(EN, BS, NFPA etc ).
Languages:
- Verbal and written skills in English
