Competencies

Performs fusion applications. Learns to perform visual and in-process inspections in accordance with regional and ISO quality specifications. Develops skill to read and interpret blueprints. Helps facilitate the team in diagnosing, troubleshooting, and solving Thernal & Fusion problems that enhance through-put within the work team. Supports the team and team's objectives. Learns skills to pass periodic fusion tests and qualifications in compliance with division qualification procedures. Handles special projects, as assigned.

Essential experience and job requirements

Min 10 Years of O&G Industry Thermal & Fusion experience, Stress Relief Process Knowledge in i-Ross technology and Ceramic pad methods. Hardfacing applications with reference to Quick Tip process. Min. qualification in SMAW, GTAW, SS Inlay, Inconel 625 inlay, API Spec 6A & 16A products.

Educational Qualifications and Technical Certifications

High School / or Equivalent , Sucessful qualification in SMAW, GTAW, SS Inlay, Inconel 625 Inlay.
