Administrative Assistant
Key Responsibilities:
-Answering screening and forwarding incoming phone calls;
-Receiving/sending and sorting daily letters/mail;
-Greeting and welcoming guests at the door;
-Other administrative tasks.
Minimum Requirements:
- Proven work experience as Receptionist, Front Office;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
- Hands-on experience with office equipment;
- Professional attitude and appearance;
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks;
- Customer service attitude;
- University degree;
