Reception/Office manager

IT GRUP SRL was founded in 2000 in Romania and since then was involved in major local and regional projects for Downstream industry. The branch of IT Grup SRL started its operations in Azerbaijan since October 2019.

Job Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
• Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
• Answering phones in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary
• Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
• Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
• Schedule appointments
• Organize meetings
• Assist with translation of documents, when required
• Order office supplies and keep inventory of stock
• Any other duties which may be reasonably required by the Management

• Strong organizational skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to effectively interface with personnel at all levels
• Strong organizational ethic
• Demonstrated ability to handle administrative details, and routine day-to-day issues independently, assuming responsibility without direct supervision
• Strong writing/documenting skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communications skills
• Strong MS office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)

• Azerbaijani – advanced
• English – advanced
• Russian – advanced
