Job Description:

• Assist in managing EPCI phase deliverables; internal, external, physical, logistical, organizational and any other relevant to the project, in-line with the project schedule.
• Assist in reporting progress back to the package delivery lead, and developing any mitigation & recovery plans as necessary.
• Facilitate the execution of the EPCIC activities; in particular, the workflow through the yard.
• Identify risks and issues early.
• Monitoring that the facilities are fabricated and constructed in line with the COMPANY and PROJECT HSE requirements.
• Monitoring that the facilities are fabricated and constructed in line with the COMPANY and PROJECT Quality Control/ Assurance requirements.
• Assist in the development of Construction Methodology documentation, and presentation work-packs.
• Perform Project documentation review
• Ensure COMPANY has maintained all relevant and critical project related communications, documents and records.
• Ensure that own actions are conducted in accordance with the COMPANY HSE management system.
• Ensure COMPANY produce all design and construction deliverables as per project specification.
• Assist in the preparation and response to package interfaces and technical queries.
• Attend weekly package meetings as required, and maintain minutes, and management of action and close-outs
• Identify any impacts to package schedule & costs as soon as possible

Requirements:

• Preferably achieved or working towards a relevant industry recognized body accreditation in a proven discipline; structural, fabrication, project management, mechanical, civil, architectural, electrical, instrumentation, piping, naval architecture, petroleum
• Minimum 3-years’ experience in a Construction / Project Engineering position in the O&G Industry
• Minimum 2-years’ experience as a Construction/ Project engineer position on offshore installation projects.
• Minimum 1-years’ T&I experience of a topside installation is preferable.
• Minimum 1-years’ T&I experience of a jacket installation is preferable
• Minimum 1-years’ T&I experience of SURF installation is preferable
• Minimum 1-years’ offshore hook-up/ commissioning (HUC) experience is preferable
• Experience in the general EPCIC of Topside packages is beneficial (onshore/ offshore)
• Experience dealing with installation and HUC CONTRACTORs is beneficial
• Experience with MWS / IVB is essential
• Relevant experience in the E&P industry is required to provide the necessary overview of the business, with experience in the execution of projects.
• A good experience and understanding of planning, budgeting and package execution.
• Conversant with International, group-engineering, construction & quality standards, as well as HSE standards is essential.
• Good man-management, interpersonal, organization skills and ability to work independently are essential.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work in multi-disciplinary and multi-cultural teams
• Ability to work within and maintain the relationship with key stakeholders.
• Capable of delivering results in challenging project environments.
• Computer literacy in Microsoft applications, an understanding of SAP database systems is beneficial
• Language skills: English and Azerbaijani – full proficiency
• Able to read simple sketches and drawings
