Finance Controller

A manufacturing company is pleased to announce a vacancy for the position of Finance Controller.

Responsibilities:

- High-level financial reporting and analysis: trends and projections of financial resources
- Prepare regular budgetary updates
- Analyze costs, sales results and the company’s actual performance compared to the business plans
- Cash flow management of the firm
- Improving efficiencies and reducing costs across the business
- Overview and control of collection of receivables, debt management
- Ensuring compliance with statutory law and financial regulations
- Working closely with management or executive teams to share analysis findings
- Mentor the finance team
- Implement effective internal financial controls
- Coordinate audit processes to ensure appropriate monitoring of company finances is maintained
- Check the conformance of the reports to the local legislation and the company's policies and procedures
- Design management reports as required by the director/shareholders
- Report to the Managing Director

Requirements:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in the position of Finance Controller (production industry is a must!)
- Knowledge of the best accounting practices (Management accounting is a plus)
- Proficiency in using office (MS Excel) and accounting applications
- Good knowledge of Azerbaijani, Russian and working knowledge of English
- Candidates with Big4 experience are preferred
- Professional qualification such as CIMA/ACCA or similar will be considered an advantage
- Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Ability to manage, guide and lead employees
- Preferred age of 30 - 40

Salary range: 2000-3500 AZN
