Sales Director

Job duties:
 
• Manage the sales team:
o Directly control the work, activities and attendance of the sales team
o Develop, present and evaluate the sales and other key performance indicators of sales managers 
o Develop and implement the annual training plan of sales department
o Closely participate in the resolution of daily issues related to sales department
• Closely participate and oversee the development and execution of 3-year strategic sales plan of the company
o Develop 2020 sales plan as part of the strategic plan
o Propose and implement lead generation methods that match the local market and the company structure
o Control the measures taken for sustainable cooperation with existing clients and propose new measures
• Oversee sales process:
o See that the sales process and documentation correspond to the approved work flow of the company
o Make initiatives for continuous optimization of the existing work flow
o Manage client debts and support sales team upon emergence of bad debts
• Control state and non-state tenders
• Carry out regular sales analysis, develop required reports and submit to company management 
• Keep close contact with VIP clients, alongside with the sales managers assigned; organize regular meetings with them and pay special attention to customer service level
• Closely participate and be proactive in the recruitment process of the sales department
• Coordination of marketing activities, as well as SMM of the company 
 
Skills, abilities and experience:
 
• Higher education in economics, finance and business management is preferable
• At least 3 years of managerial experience in sales, especially corporate sales field is desirable
• Experience in procurement and supply chain management is preferable
• Verbal and written communication skills in English and Russian are desirable

 Remuneration package includes:
 
• AZN 2000 monthly fixed salary
• Quarterly KPI bonuses (calculated on sales and other indicators)
• Coverage of transportation, telephone and lunch expenses
