The Marketing & Advertising Specialist serves as the link between external marketing vendors, digital marketing and software industry partners and internal teams to streamline projects, prevent communication gaps and ensure outcomes have greater impact. The position coordinates communications across teams, striving for seamless integration and successful project implementation. This position will support a variety of program areas within the Department of Digital Marketing and software, the work of external vendors and industry digital marketing and software organizations to ensure consistent action across communication channels. This position will coordinate across sections within the Department including, creative services, brand strategy, public relations, and industry relations.
Qualifications:
Qualified applicants will have education, training, and/or work experience as it relates to:
1. Communications support between external vendors, industry partners and internal teams to ensure effective and efficient communication across all channels.
2. Monitoring, tracking, and communicating project-based needs for many projects and communication channels all at once.
3. Developing and implementing customer-service oriented processes with digital marketing and software industry partners.
In addition, well qualified applicants will also have education, training, and/or work experience:
4. Coordinating program areas, including contract management and marketing buys.
5. Leading implementation efforts as the main point of contact for marketing projects.
