Project/Construction Manager

Duties and responsibilities:

• Organize construction work in accordance with project documentation, construction norms and regulations, technical specifications, technological maps, workflow maps and other regulatory documents;
• Execute timely, flawless and established quality of construction work undertaken in accordance with the work program and ensure project coordination from beginning to end;
• Ensure that all necessary documentation is obtained for construction sites;
• Preliminary material, personnel and contractor needs;
• Preparing daily and monthly reports;
• Keeping expenditure information in proper form;
• Investigating projects and preparing recommendations on topics that will affect construction speed and finances;
• Prepare instructions for the main business process to be established;

Vacancy Requirements:

• Higher engineering education
• Minimum 5 years experience in relevant field as manager
• Responsibility and accuracy
• Good knowledge of Occupational Safety, Safety, Occupational Sanitation and Fire Safety norms and knowledge
• Good knowledge of English and Russian languages • Good knowledge of planning programmes
