Main duties and functions:

To be responsible for the management of the electricity infrastructure projects
To provide information to design groups in planning and on application of cost control technology.
Implementation of projects by ensuring specifications, guidelines and support to building all surfaces of electrical installations.
To manage electricity projects set up to carry out execution of projects.
Full implementation of projects up to handover, including work volume planning, commissioning

Analyze losses of electricity, report it and prepare as well as develop an action plan to address the causes of these losses. (Edited)
To plan and schedule projects.
To do the regular (proper) analysis of the electrical systems, to ensure that the relationship between employees of the facility and management and end users.
To prepare and control the electrical equipment budget, to consider the differences.
To prepare and to provide to the Management monthly and annual information reports.
Determine the demand for material-technical, transportation and other means in the electricity sector, make timely orders as per demand and ensure their efficient use.
Prepare orders by determining the monthly and annual demand for diesel fuel. Keep records of diesel fuel consumption.
Control provision of employees with special uniforms, boots and other protective equipment in accordance with norms.
Keep records of electricity consumption.
To control timely testing of electrical equipment as well as correct compilation of test protocols and other technical documents
Control repair and maintenance of electrical equipment operated in production areas according to the approved PRM (Planned Routine Maintenance) schedule
Execution of orders and instructions of Company, supervisory bodies and trade union committee regarding occupational safety as well as ensure compliance with instructions of occupational safety employees.
Control execution of high hazardous works once the task-permit list is issued and arrange it as per relevant statutes and instructions.
Control purchase, storage and use of toxic, explosive and flammable substances in accordance with requirements of safety rules and instructions as well as ensure compilation of technical documents.
Ensure execution of actions plan prepared for improvement of labor conditions and environmental protection.
Arrange installation of diesel electric stations as per demand on platforms.
Responsible for maintaining the generator.

Required skills:

8+ years’ experience in a related field
Technical school or vocational school education
Language- Azeri (Fluent),  Russian (intermediate) English  (intermediate)
Computer skills: Intermediate knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word and MS Outlook.
Strong communication skills -  both verbal and written
