Responsibility:

• Responsible for all the various business operations of the restaurant.
• Responsible for attending to customer complaints and tries to resolve them in the most balanced way.
• Oversee food preparations and food storage etc.
• Oversees all aspects of guest service in the daily operation, ensuring the highest level of guest satisfaction at all times
• Manage and administer supply of linen cloths and uniforms to staff members
• Inspect grooming and attire of staff, and rectify any deficiencies
• Complete scheduled inventories and stock and requisition necessary supplies.
• Monitor dining rooms for seating availability, service, safety, and well being of guests
• Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others, support team to reach common goals, and listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees.
• Responsible for that the facility is working in compliance with all the safety regulations and codes etc.
• Make sure that the entire staff is disciplined. He/she should also delegate duties within the staff and make sure each one is following their roles and responsibilities.

Job requirements:

• Advanced English Russian and Azerbaijan
• Excellent Interpersonal Skills
• Good Command of Micros and other similar Operating systems
• Graduation in Hospitality or Tourism post-secondary academic institution is an advantage
• Min 2 years of experience in the industry
• Previous experience in a supervisory capacity is an asset
