Job Title: Travel Coordinator


Main responsibilities:

- Arrange travels for the company staff and partners
- Work closely with travel agencies to make reservations for hotels and flights
- Arrange transportation to and from the airport, book rental cars, when required
- Inform travelers about their trip details, including giving information on required documents, such as passports or visas
- Review and prepare passport and visa applications for accuracy
- Manage submission of passport and visa applications to embassies/consulates
- Prepare LOIs for foreign guests and company partners
- Calculate total travel costs
- Appropriately deal with occurring travel problems and complaints
- Research errors to determine the root cause, recommends and executes solutions
- Preparation of all travel related documentation and reports.

Education/experience & Qualification:

- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Proven work experience in a related field for min 2 years
- Fluency in Azeri and English. Knowledge of Russian is an advantage
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Time management skills
- Attention to detail
