The "Saffron" Restaurants Group began its activity in 2010 with the restaurant "Chinar". Currently, all 19 brands of the group are located in Baku. This is the largest chain of restaurants in the country, which includes local, Pan Asian, European, Mexican, Arabic and Indian cuisines. Our goal is to offer our guests the most delicious dishes of local and world cuisine, as well as spending good time with their loved ones. Our employees, always open for innovation and development, are working on new projects, that meet customer needs and market demands.

Currently we are seeking a skilled, experienced ERP specialist to join us.

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Assists and participates in implementation and integration of ERP systems;
• Assists in developing procedures to ensure integrity of ERP system and databases;
• Understands ERP system in order to assign appropriate system access to users at different levels;
• Develops and implements project plans for ERP functional support tasks;
• Troubleshoots application software and database problems on a timely basis;
• Works as a system analyst with key personnel to help define user needs and develop data processing solutions;
• Works with end-users to analyze, design, construct and implement small applications in support of regular business operations;
• Works with end users on all functional modules to document business needs/requirements for upgrades and enhancements;
• Develops and presents training materials for end users;
• Maintains confidentiality of information exposed to in the course of business;
• Requires the kind of teamwork, supervision, and personal interaction.

Required skills, knowledge and experience

• A Bachelor’s degree in IT Systems or a closely related field;
• Minimum three years of experience as ERP specialist (preferred senior level);
• Demonstrated knowledge of systems analysis and information technology principles;
• Reporting and analytic skills;
• Ability to work with a wide variety of problems and personalities;
• Preferred ERP experience with Micros, HRSBO, 1C etc.
