Payroll Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Payroll calculation for All Legal entities
• Opening of entrepreneurship bank account(Notary office, authorizing of signature, Obtaining of Notification about Tax Registration)
• Providing split of total income to entrepreneurship and employment parts;
• Calculation of associated taxes;
• Preparation and submission of quarterly SSPF and Simplified Tax Reports
• Preparation of VAT Reports
• Arrangement for consultant agreement;
• Provision of register to be attached to monthly bank payment orders;
• Filing of tax returns and SSPF reports for entrepreneurs.
• Payment of entrepreneurship income, as well as preparation of payment instructions to the bank;
• Liaison with the bank/employee on issues related to payment.  
• Process full-cycle payroll according to government legislation and company policies;
• Record and maintain vacation & sick leave reports;
•  Researches, analyzes and resolves payroll-related problems or questions;

Requirements:

• University degree in taxation, economics or finance
• Knowledge in Microsoft Office, 1C 7.7 (8.2 preferred)
• Min 5 years’ experience in relevant position
• Fluent Azerbaijani, English and in Russian
• Excellent organizational skills, working within deadlines and schedules
• Decision-making, problem-solving, and analytical skills;
•  Organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills;

Additional information:

• Job type: full-time
• Working shifts: 09:00 till 18:00, Monday-Friday
