The "Saffron" Restaurants Group began its activity in 2010 with the restaurant "Chinar". Currently, all 19 brands of the group are located in Baku. This is the largest chain of restaurants in the country, which includes local, Pan Asian, European, Mexican, Arabic and Indian cuisines. Our goal is to offer our guests the most delicious dishes of local and world cuisine, as well as spending good time with their loved ones. Currently we are seeking a skilled, experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to join us.

Required skills, knowledge and experience

• Minimum 10 years’ experience in the hospitality industry inclusive of restaurant front line operations.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in the restaurant manager position
• Bachelor’s Business Degree or documented entrepreneurial hospitality leadership qualifications.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills that can be factually verified by peers and prior supervisors.
• Can illustrate consultative skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
• Exhibits excellent verbal and written communication skills (Azeri, English , Russian languages)
• Demonstrates strong problem solving skills through ability to diagnose and develop recommended solutions.
• Ability to work under the high volume of operation
• Ability to work flexible and long hours
