Vacancy: IT specialist

Responsibility:

• Manage daily operations of the IT department
• Computer’s repair, diagnostics, optimization, user support, HDD and RAM testing, customizing Microsoft Outlook
• Setting up routers, modems, access points and switchboards, port forwarding
• Installation of network printers and cables
• Protect customer data from outside infiltration through encryption, secure data storage and other necessary means
• Assist with the installation of new hardware and software and help train employees on its use
• Offer suggestions for possible problem solution, upgrades and changes within the IT department

Job requirements:

• Proven experience as a help desk technician or other customer support role
• Azeri, English and Russian languages preferably fluent or Advanced, Upper Intermediate may be acceptable
• Experience administering the Windows OS family
• Understanding the network stack: TCP, HTTPS, DNS
• Minimal understanding about databases, basic level in SQL, what is backup, etc. will be a plus
• Skills for working with Word / Excel
• Tech savvy with working knowledge of office products, databases, remote control, Ethernet, PC hardware, software and peripheral devices.
• Good understanding of computer systems, local network, mobile devices and other tech products
• Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues
• Good communication skills
• Customer-oriented and cool-tempered
• Certification in a related field is an advantage
