“Winter Park Hotel Baku” is looking for a Housekeeping Coordinator

Key Functions

Reporting to the Housekeeping Director, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:                  
• Supporting Housekeeping Departments in the daily operations of the department
• Booking, arranging, and organizing all Housekeeping meetings and prepare detailed meeting minutes
• Preparing requisitions as required
• Following the Hotel’s telephone etiquette standards when handling internal and external calls.
• Keeping detailed employee files for all Housekeeping colleagues
• Maintaining and tracking all necessary colleague documentation for employee action forms, colleague discussion forms etc in all colleague files
• Actively participates in departmental meetings, providing new ideas to improve service.
• Adheres to and promotes the company’s health & safety policies to ensure a safe work environment and is knowledgeable about all safety & emergency procedures.
• Acts as a role model for colleagues and strives to raise quality standards which others will aspire to.
Additional duties as required

Requirements

• Proficient in Azeri, Russian and English required
• Working knowledge of Microsoft office and applications
• Must possess strong organizational and time management skills

Physical Aspects of Position (include but are not limited to):

• Frequent sitting and walking throughout shift
• Minimum 1 years’ experience in a supervisory capacity in a hotel Housekeeping environment
• Experience with Hotel Property Management System, Micros-Opera desirable
