PROCUREMENT SPECIALIST

Salary: 800-1000 net
Age: 23 - 40

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum 3-4 years related industry work experience preferred.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak Azerbaijani, English and Russian fluently.

Key accountabilities:

∙ Supervised the entire budget estimation and sourcing operations.
∙ Analyzed purchase and negotiated accordingly.
∙ Assisted in asset management procedures as and when required.
∙ Participation in preparation of tender packages – RFP and analyzing tender proposals
∙ Monitor contractors’ performance and provide recommendations on contracts’ improvement necessary
∙ Track the status of requisitions, contracts and orders
∙ Preparation of periodically reports about ongoing and completed tasks
∙ Participation at meeting with the suppliers and initiating departments

∙ Issuing reports on purchasing activities and costs.

∙ Verification of order delivery and follow ups if any inaccurate delivery
∙ Work schedule : Monday – Friday 09:00 – 18:00 Saturday – 10:00 – 14:00
