Shoopiz, an E-commerce company is looking for a CEO who will help us enter the Azerbaijani market.

• Preparing infrastructure for entry into the market
• Recruitment
• Lead a team of salesmen
• Analyzing team results and make conclusions

Qualifications:

• BA
• At least 2 Years of experience at managing employees - Must
• At least 2 Years of experience as field salesman - Must
• Proficiency in marketing and sales - Must.
• Understanding of the E-Commerce world - Must.
• Leader and Team player - Must.
• Proficiency in Office tools - Advantage.
• Great English - Must.
• Charismatic leader who dreams big - Must.
