Requirements:

Qualifications:

• Candidate must hold bachelor’s degree (BA) from a four-year college or university
• Speaking/reading/writing English, Russian, and Azerbaijani is required;
• At least two-year ad-industry experience as Media Manager;
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office: candidate must have an experience in Power Point presentations development and design, be able to work in Excel and Word;
• Detail, accuracy and mathematical competency a must;
• Very good written and verbal communication skills;
• Strong project management skills, ability to supervise and monitor;
• Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and research skills;
• Team player with a ‘can do’ attitude and demonstrated ability to follow through;
• Accurate, reliable and flexible;
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines;
• Time management and multi-tasking skills.

Responsibilities:

• Work with Media Strategy Director to develop media holistic communication strategy for the clients;
• Leverage tools and research to develop insights and ideas;
• All media planning and execution of media plans as it pertains to assignment/agreed media strategy;
• Analyzing active campaigns in real time to understand how the activations are being portrayed at all times;
• Work across specialized teams (social media, SEM/SEO, display, web, video) to integrate digital expertise where required;
• Preparing a comprehensive media reports with analysis, evaluations and recommendations;
• Issuance of schedules, documentation, financials required to keep the project/campaign on track, on schedule and within budget for the client;
• Analyze markets and help advertisers develop business goals for their goods and services.

Conditions:

• Salary: 700 AZN
• Schedule of work: Monday-Friday, 09:00 - 18:00;
