Job title: Receptionist

Company Overview

The Company is an international joint venture company providing construction and engineering services for the marine and offshore industry around the Caspian Sea. With the wide range of specialized offshore and commercial projects in our portfolio we focus on the best way of construction and repair services by ensuring high level of customer satisfaction.

Location: Baku city, Garadagh region

Duties & Responsibilities:

- Greeting and directing all visitors;
- Diary management and management of meeting rooms;
- Handling queries and complaints via phone, email and general correspondence;
- Receive incoming letters and parcels, deliver/inform to related people in time;
- Performing ad-hoc administration duties;
- Carry out the duties and functions in a positive and respectful manner to promote cooperation and productive relations.

Education & Experience:

- University degree is not required
- Previous experience in a similar position is advantage

Requirements:

- Organizational skills
- Attention to detail
- Strong teamwork skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Competency in Microsoft Office
- Strong customer service & time management skills
- Courteous and professional communication both verbally and written
- Hard working, task-oriented, energetic, multitasking & disciplined person
- Pre-intermediate English language level is required for easy communication with foreign visitors of the Company.
