Position: Junior Procurement specialist

RESPONSIBILITIES:

o Supporting Procurement Department with the sourcing, negotiating and creating contracts and agreements for equipment, services, supplies, and raw materials.
o Provides support to Finance for raw material forecasting and inventory planning.
o Understands the entire supply chain process and proactively improve internal processes and controls.
o Assures the Company’s compliance with customer requirements and supplier contract terms and conditions.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

o Good command of Azerbaijani, English and Russian languages, both written and verbal.
o Should have minimum 1 year of experience as Purchasing (Hotel industry preferable).
o Proven experience working in a team;
o Excellent communication skills
o Ability to perform multi-task and work under pressure.
o Time management skills.
o Ability to prioritize tasks.
