Position: Junior ERP Specialist

Job Role Responsibilities:

• Advanced end-user support via telephone, e-mail, and/or face-to-face interaction;
• Analyze and troubleshoot ERP system issues reported by end users;
• Thoroughly understand business practices and procedures;
• Familiarity with POS data and functions: items, barcode, sales, voids, promotions, specials, discounts, methods of payment, electronic journaling, taxes, etc.;
Familiarity with POS hardware: card printers, credit card scanners, receipt printers, and ticket printers;
• Training of employees in system’s functions;

Technical/Coding Skills

• The job of an Junior ERP Specialist is based around troubleshooting and upgrading the ERP software. As such, the ideal candidate will come in with extensive knowledge of software and coding, and a readiness to learn new programs as they are introduced and incorporated.

Problem-Solving Skills

• An Junior ERP Specialist will be on call to handle any issues with the ERP Software. They will need to be able to think creatively and resolve problems to ensure the smoothest possible experience for users of the ERP software.

Position Qualification

Knowledge

 1 years’ experience
 Bachelor degree or equivalent.
 Fluency in Azeri and English.
 A highly motivated individual with entrepreneurial approach.
 Possess an extremely friendly, enthusiastic and outgoing personality, with ability to openly communicate and work with all types of individuals and personalities.
