EURO2020 HR SPECIALIST - a unique work experience in a prestigious tournament as the European Championship.

Position overview:

• Posting job ads and organizing resumes and job applications
• Scheduling job interviews and assisting in interview process
• Keep all HR related matrixes (excel files) up-to-date
• Orienting new employees to the organization and providing them organisational induction if needed
• Implementing clerical job for HR activities
• Compile and update employee records
• Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc.)
• Maintaining current HR files and databases

Essential criteria:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Psychology, Human Resources or related field;
• Good knowledge of human resources concepts, practices, policies, procedures, and labour law of the Republic of Azerbaijan
• At least 2 year experience in similar role
• Well knowledge of Azerbaijani, English (Russian is preferable)
• Good knowledge of MS Office

Desirable criteria:

• Excellent communications and relationship building skills
• Strong problem solving, decision-making and negotiation skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Ability to self-management as a person
• Advanced user in MS Office suite
