Summary of Position

• Monitor, register and communicate any IT&S FDI systems' alarms and faults by using available supervisory tools and daily reports from sites
• Perform initial troubleshooting, involve maintenance support contractors and subject matter expertise, coordinate remedial activities and follow up resolution plans

Main Responsibilities

• Register and track repairs of FDI equipment.
• Continuously review and coordinate spare parts availability.
• Work close with maintenance & reliability and functional planning teams to organize vendor mobilization to sites for maintenance and breakdown visits.
• Support FDI team by ensuring that execution of identified maintenance performed safely, timely and with required level of quality. Ensure that common working procedures established on sites. Assistance and review operation procedures when required.
• Work close with Telecom maintenance contractors to track and ensure that any maintenance issues monitored and followed.
• Support FDI projects upgrades and modifications across AzRPU.
• Provide technical support / coaching of Telecom technicians and review training demands to meet operating requirements.
