Job title: Administrative/Operations Assistant

Responsibilities:

• Assist Operations manager in quotation preparation;
• Prepare and send PO to suppliers;
• Update job logs;
• Liaise with operation and finance department and assist with any issues as needed;
• Organization of office administrative work;
• Receiving and forwarding incoming calls and official letters;
• Scan all required documents:
• Timely procurement of office supplies;
• Conducting business correspondence;
• Meeting and departing guests;
• Performance of the management's instructions.

Requirements:

• Work experience 2+ years as operation assistant/admin assistant;
• Bachelor degree;
• Ability to freely use MS Excel, MS Word and Outlook Express applications;
• Ability to communicate highly;
• Ability to make decisions.

Languages: Azerbaijani, English and Russian
Age: 25-35
Work graphic:
09:00 - 18:00 hours.
5 days a week/from Monday to Friday.
