Socar Cape joint venture working on major construction and maintenance projects both onshore and offshore. Projects include fabric maintenance on oil & gas platforms in the Caspian Sea and onshore operations in Azerbaijan and Georgia. Socar Cape is looking for a "Offshore Painting supervisor" (only local candidates will be considered) with below requirements:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Meet with Painters or facilities manager to plan and prioritize work according to established production targets.
2. Direct daily work assignments of a paint crew.
3. Prepare formal and informal job estimates for current and future projects.
4. Prepare and maintains records of time worked and materials expended on projects.
5. Order materials and supplies.
6. Enforce existing methods and procedures relative to construction, maintenance and repair activities.
7. Inspect work of painters in the field or shop.
8. Assist in the development and motivation of staff through training.
9. Monitor and instructs staff regarding safety regulations and procedures.
10. Meets with representatives of other departments, outside organizations and the general public in connection with maintenance work.
11. Prepare inspection and progress report
12. Performs other related duties as required.

Requirements:

• 2-3 years’ experience as Painting Supervisor.
• 1 year offshore experience.
• Coating certificate is preferable.
• English language - intermediate level.
