Brand Manager
Description:
• Implement brand strategy; develop annual brand marketing action plan under supervision of Marketing Director;
• Develop full marketing mix for NPDs/renovation and ensure launches timely execution;
• Coordinate cross-functional cooperation (sales/trade-marketing/production/supply chain) related to brand’s activities (as a project leader);
• Develop activation and communication campaigns and ensure superior execution, coordinating media, creative and digital agencies;
• Be actively involved in BTL activities development and consumer promotion implementation;
• Sales/brand performance & P&L analysis/management;
• Collect and analyze all relevant market information;
• Prepare regular Sales, campaign result and marketing spend reports;
• Monitor profitability by Brand and present to Marketing Director with recommendations to improve profitability.
Experience and qualifications:
• Higher education in marketing, economics or finance;
• Strong project management and communication skills;
• Well-developed analytical thinking;
• High level of proactivity and speed of action, able to work under pressure;
• Fluent English,Russian.
• At least 3 year experience in brand management and/or Marketing project management (could be an account manager in marketing agencies);
• Very good presentation skills
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft office (power point, excel)
• Very good knowledge of project management (budgeting, calendar, monitoring, ..)
