SALES MANAGER

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Accountable for developing company’s position and customer base in the market;
• Proactively develops and creates customer relationship;
• Identifies and builds relationships to potential new targets;
• Accountable for leads, opportunities, orders and contracts to meet the sales budget and pricing targets;
• Accountable for hand-over to installation, maintenance and/or engineering with complete and correct information;
• Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments;
• Ensures customer satisfaction and solving complaints with the team;
• Documents the customer and contact information, maintains customer data;
• Timely and accurate reporting;
• Customer visits, customer facing time;
• Customer feedback, customer satisfaction and loyalty;
• Development of customer portfolio;
• Contribution to team result.

REQUIREMENTS:

• University degree;
• 3-5 years sales experience on technical sphere/ as elevators and automatic doors
• Fluency in Azerbaijani, English, Russian, both written and oral;
• Excellent Computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Internet, etc.);
• Excellent communication and presentation skills;
• Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements;
• Dynamic, outgoing and result oriented sales person;
• Be enterprising and target-oriented;
• Complaisant, honest and respective behaviour with customers;
• Ability to work under pressure;
• Excellent organisation and time management skills;
• Analytical thinker with creative problem-solving skills and strong attention to details;
• Strong verbal and written communication skills;
• Flexible and co-operative;
• Hard working, task-oriented, energetic, disciplined person;
• Good team player.
