Junior Designer & 3D Visiualisation Specialist
Job description:
• Create realistic and highly sophisticated project visuals using Studio Max
• Work closely with project teams and design leaders on weekly presentation materials
• Lay out and plan interior room arrangements for commercial buildings, using computer-assisted drafting (CAD) equipment and software
• Provide assistance to team by setting up details in 3D for work process improvement
• Create walkthrough/flythrough animations capturing detailed architectural elements for presentations
• Ability to prioritize moving and tight deadlines in a calm manner
• Understanding of architectural drawings and design process
• Exceptional design portfolio highlighting architectural visualization, layout and information design
• Participating in various design projects from concept to completion
• Listening to feedback to hone skills and improve design
Requirements:
• Up to three years of experience as a Junior Designer
• Experience with design software (e.g. InVision) and graphics editing tools (e.g. Photoshop, CorelDRAW)
• Familiarity with design techniques (e.g. prototyping)
• Understanding of visual elements (layout, type and fonts)
• Creativity skills and problem-solving aptitude
• BSc/BA in Design or a related field
• 1-2 years of professional experience in providing realistic renderings for projects
• Advanced skills in 3D Studio Max
• Proficient skills in SketchUp and Photoshop a big plus
• Ability to multitask
• Positive attitude and a team spirit a must
