Position: Sales Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Present, promote and sell QReact Software Services through emails, calls, and scheduled meetings
• Conducts daily sales calls and prepare customized proposals for clients.
• Proactively develop and create customer relationship
• Closely follow up on all business leads within a 24 hour response time line.
• Closing sales deals by contracting and ensured payment.
• Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
• Analyze the market potential, track sales and report status
• Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
• Represent company in various events and exhibition.
• Provide the highest quality of service to the customer at all times.

Requirements:

• University degree
• Minimum 2 years of proactive sales experience (experience in relevant field is an advantage
• Fluent Azerbaijan and Russian language skills. (English is advantage)
• Dynamic, proactive, outgoing and result oriented sales person;
• Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track records in sales;
• Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills;
• Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Polished personal presentation with warm and confident personality.

Additional info:

• Salary will be discussed during the interview
• Location: Ataturk Avenue, Innoland, Baku, Azerbaijan;
• Working hours: Monday-Friday, 09:00 – 18:00, 5 working days a week;
