Currently we are looking for Front Office Manager for Staybridge Suites Baku who will directly report to General Manager
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Managing day to day front office operations
- Ensuring quality standards are met as per the set SOP
- Meeting and exceeding the expectations of the guests
- Train, supervise and support office staff, including receptionists and bellboys
- Ensure timely and accurate customer service
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous 3 years’ experience within front office and operations departments
- Azeri, English and Russian languages excellent written and verbal;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven leadership, organizational and guest service skills.
