A young and dynamic hotel management company in Azerbaijan managing a world-class portfolio of hotels and resorts, ABSHERON Hotel Group is looking for Recruitment Manager.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

 Shapes and delivers the organizations strategy through the attraction and recruitment of talented individuals, through direct sourcing.
 Supports the recruitment in the Group and its managed Hotels.
 Plays a major part in related activities such as manpower planning and supporting HR colleagues on internal resourcing, which will include succession planning.
 Full extent of the recruitment function providing an opportunity to contribute continuous improvement.
 Collaborates on talent management initiatives including performance management, assessment and development activities.
 Participates in job fairs and career events.
 Fully understand business processes in the Hospitality industry to ensure all recruitment initiatives support company objectives and priorities.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

 Good command of Azerbaijani, English and Russian languages, both written and verbal.
 Should have minimum 3 years of experience at Hotel Industry at recruitment.
 Good time-management skills.
 Reports to the Group HR Director.
