Technical Office Manager

Job description

The Technical Office Manager provides technical & administrative information to the others teams working on a project to ensure that the work complies with all engineering standards, codes, specifications, and design instruction.

Job requirements:

• Bachelor/Master degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering
• 15-20 years of relevant work experience (Not Oil and Gas)
• International Experience
• In-depth up to date technical knowledge in construction (exposure to electrical, HVAC, Mechanical, etc. disciplines)
• Knowledge & understanding of project specifications and tendering procedures
• At least 5-years’ experience in senior similar position
• At least 4-5 years of operations/ technical office work on-site is necessary
• Previous work experience in Tendering is a plus.
Project Management Professional (PMP) is a plus
• Knowledge of Microsoft office & AutoCAD
• Analytical and detailed oriented
• Excellent command of English
• Good interpersonal skills, enthusiastic and have passion for success
• Able to manage and lead a team of discipline engineers
