The  Modern Educational Complex named after Heydar Aliyev invites candidates with high pedagogical education to apply for the position of Nursery Teacher in English Stream (2-3 age groups). We are seeking dynamic, energetic, and entrepreneurial educators who have a desire to work collaboratively with their local and foreign colleagues in an international environment and open for continuous learning and improvement in this  field.

REQUIREMENTS and QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Preschool Education; master’s degree is a plus;
• At least 3-5 years of Preschool Pedagogical experience in the required field;
• Ability to work with children of 2-3 age groups, and strong ability to work in team;
• Excellent English speaking and writing skills;
• Excellent understanding of the principles of child development and preschool educational methods;
• Ability to act as mediator between children;
• Balance between a creative mind and a practical acumen;

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Organizes and provides developmentally appropriate early childhood education programs; plans and implements curriculum and education for children;
• To identify creative abilities in children and develop them through the use of various methods (songs, games, visual arts, etc.);
• Plans and prepares classroom setting; oversees safety and educational programs; supervises children in the classroom;
• Develop and produce visual aids and teaching resources encourage mathematical and creative development through stories, songs, games, drawing and imaginative play;
• Interacts with parents and community groups;
