Requirements:

• Man hours reporting in cooperating with Cost Controller and Line Managers
• Providing Timekeeping office with monthly Timesheets / Rota schedules
• Collecting  BP Timesheets and Overtime request forms and check against Line Managers
• Maintaining Employee Database, keeping all records accurate
• Communicating any change, any news, new procedures related to timesheets, vacations, sickness leaves, unpaid leaves
• Consulting employees about Vacation requests   and about Vacation payment calculations
• Managing Vacation balances
• Sickness leave register
• Manage unpaid leaves
• Managing Annual Other medical check ups
• To act as a focal point
• Preparing any additional report upon Managerial request:  related to man hours, leaves, rotas etc.
