 “Agro Dairy” LLC, operating in agriculture announces a job admission to the position of "Construction Cost Controller"

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Registration of work statements, IPC and PAF and recording in company’s accounting software
- Track construction contracts and follow-up deadlines with Engineering and Project Management
- Project documentation (contracts, variations, IPC, guarantees etc.)
- Follow-up project budget and prepare periodical reports
- Submit funding forecasts to company’s AP team
- Reports periodic financial statements to a company's finance chief and ensures that accounting procedures and systems are adequate and functional
- Perform final cost calculation of each asset and handover to Fixed Assets accountant

REQUIREMENTS:

- Construction commercial background is preferred (2 years)
- English proficiency ("upper-intermediate" level and above)
- Know the proper documentation and clerical work in project
- Ability to work as team member
- Proficient in Excel

Place of work – Baku
Reports to – Head of Finance Dept
