Network voice engineer

Responsibilities:

• Administration and configuration of Cisco Voice Applications
• Planning, engineering, and monitoring the voice network systems.
• Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve system outages and trouble tickets
• Provide capacity, performance, uptime and security reporting
• Assist with project implementations and other tasks as requested
• Participate in rotating on-call coverage or emergency response as needed
• Provide in-person training and support to team members
• Create technical requirements for client companies
• Complete Voice related projects inside out

Requirements:

• Deep knowledge and experience in the administration of Cisco Unified Communication systems
• Deep knowledge and experience in the administration Cisco Unified Communications Manager, Deep knowledge and experience in the administration Cisco Unity Connection, UCCX
• Deep knowledge and experience in the administration CUBE/Gateway troubleshooting
• Experience supporting call recording applications
• Experience with VMware servers
• Experience with Cisco Jabber
• Experience in cisco routing and switching
• CCNA, CCNP Collaboration certification
• Experience with WebEx administration and troubleshooting
