Requirements:

* Responding to end-user requests via phone and email.
* Analytical thinking, good communication with customer and internal technical team members.
* Individual, team working and negotiation skills.
* Good understanding of electronic devices, hardware and software (ability to fix technical electronic issues is preferred).
* Experienced at designing and modeling cable plan for Data Center and Office environments.
* Ability to maintain and implement advanced Local Area Networks and VLANs.
* Fluency in Russian and Azerbaijani (Technical English required, Fluency in English is preferred).
* Deploy, install and back up experience at Operating Systems like Windows XP Vista7 810, Windows Server 2003-2012.
* Experience at Installing and Configuring Microsoft Windows Server.
* Diagnose and maintenance of PC, mobile and peripheral devices (printer, fax, fingerprint, etc.).
* Experienced at surveillance systems: Analog and Digital Cameras, IP Cams, DVR, NVR.
* Ability to configure any type of software.
* Installing and troubleshooting any type of antivirus software.
* Installing and troubleshooting WI-FI Modem, Router and any related network devices.
* Comfortable at MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio and MS Project.
