Aramco overseas Company Azerbaijan (AOC AZ) in Baku has a job opportunity and opening for Business Manager position.

Experienced candidates who see themselves qualified for this job, should be able to perform effective administration of General Services Contracts & Suppliers, manage the administration staff, perform weekly and monthly reports, perform mid-year and end-of-year accountability reports, develop KPIs, prepare BOD materials, perform budget planning, monitor expenditures, ensure all guidelines, policies & procedures are in place, has presentation skills and capability of preparing presentation materials, and ensure company full compliance with guidelines, policies, procedures and regulations..

Candidates should be organized individual who pays attention to detail and work under the direct supervision of the company General Director, the incumbent will coordinate and consolidate the inputs from respective departments and compile management information.
Candidates should have considerable experience of office management, operations management and executive level reporting.

Minimum requirements:

- Bachelor degree in either Business Administration, Economics, or  relevant fields
- Minimum of 4 years of work experience with significant relevant experience in business development.
- Detailed-minded, highly organized with ability to handle multi-tasks and meet deadlines is essential.
- Proficient in both spoken & written business English & Azerbaijani; Russian and Turkish is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS office applications and PowerPoint.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with people at all levels.
- Ability to grasp complexities of new and unprecedented assignments quickly and work independently.
