Business Development Specialist

Aramco overseas Company Azerbaijan (AOC AZ) in Baku has a job opportunity and opening for Business Development Specialist position.

Experienced candidates worked in the Oil & Gas industries, who see themselves qualified for this job should be able to perform activities related to sourcing, screening, analyzing, planning, and developing a business ventures or a portfolio of ventures.  Candidates are expected to apply advanced business development concepts and techniques of complex business ventures and will need to contribute to the development and evaluation of new business. In addition, the Business Development Specialist will manage and lead business development process from screening through deal closure and drive screening, validation, and prioritization activities to progress proposals.  Candidates should be able to develop business proposals, economics and business plan of investment opportunities.

Minimum requirements:

- Bachelor degree in either Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Engineering or similar is required.
- A combination of business and technical competency is essential.
- Minimum of 8 years of work experience with significant relevant experience in business development.
- Experience of team management and personnel development.
- Possess relevant industry expertise with solid experience in specific venturing activities such as commercialization, spin-offs or joint venturing.
- Proficient in oral and written English and Azerbaijani languages.
