Job title: Guest Service Agent
Department: Front Office
Shamakhi Palace is currently looking for a male Guest Service Agent, Front Office to join our team.
Suitable candidate should be excellent in using Opera PMS. Responsible for all systems and procedures connected with Front Desk, Check In, Check Out, Resort Information, Cashiering, and Night Reception functions. As well as confident in answering phone calls and handling guests’ reservation queries.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
o Knowledge of Azeri, English and Russian.
o Opera PMS knowledge is a must.
o Positive attitude and good communication skills.

5 working days in low season, and 6 working days during high season
