Position: Commercial Proposals Specialist
COMPANY: Oil & Gas Company
Responsibilities:
1. Preparing and/or developing customer related proposals (tenders) and/or sales strategies and submitting them for the approval of Senior Management;
2. Analyzing in country and out of country markets for purposes of new coating projects opportunities and provide the results of such analyzes to the Senior Management;
3. Conducting meetings with potential customers in country and, if deemed necessary by the Senior Management, out of country to ensure providing the relevant information about CPC including its experience, logistic opportunities, but excluding any commercial information;
4. Preparing a follow-up procedure related to responses to Requests for Information (RFIs) and Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and submitting them for the approval of Senior Management;
5. Analyzing RFP requirements, developing comparative matrix, proposal schedule, proposal outlines and kickoff materials and submitting relevant reports (opinions) for consideration of Senior Management;
6. Assessing financial risks and making necessary recommendations;
7. Following respective instructions/advises of the Senior Management or relevant departments, update any customer related proposals (tenders), proposals on development of new business opportunities, sales strategies and follow-up procedures;
8. Managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment;
9. Other duties, as might be assigned by the Senior Management.
Preferable requirements for the Candidate:
• Higher Education in Finance / Economy or Business Administration
• Relevant work experience - minimum 8 year
• Comprehensive knowledge of local and international standards
• Fluency in Azeri / English / Russian
• Excellent communication, organizational, leadership and managerial skills
