IT AUDITOR (SENIOR AUDIT SPECIALIST)
One of largest financial companies in Azerbaijan invites experienced candidates to fill the position of IT Auditor (Senior Audit Specialist)
Requirements for IT Auditor:
• Evaluate the information systems and information assets of a business;
• Ability to evaluate the design and effectiveness of an organization's computer systems, which includes data systems, computer networks and security solutions;
• Skills of data by monitoring and inspecting computer systems;
• Analytical skills to prepare cost-benefit, return-on-investment and risk assessment reports;
• Ability to audit the security systems of the office, to find possible loopholes and give recommendations to plug them;
• Ability to assess the internal communication and filing systems of the office and recommend changes if necessary;
• Skills of documenting business process in a clear flow chart, abilities to identify necessary controls and give reasonable recommendations for improvement;
• The assessment of client needs resources and efficiency of processes;
• Ability to prepare sound reports based on audit findings;
• Communication skills for effective communication with clients;
• Implementation of new technology components or updated software solutions;
Education, Experience and Skills Required:
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or management information systems (a degree from overseas university will be an advantage);
• Relevant coursework includes system architecture, data modeling, and electronic commerce and risk management;
• Graduate degree program in information systems may provide an advantage for job applicants and often include coursework specific to IT auditing, risk management and quantitative analysis;
• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT field (IT Administration preferable);
• Knowledge of automated business processes in Banks and Insurance sector would an advantage;
• A certificate for CISA would be an advantage;
