Workplace Interiors LLC looking for candidates to fill the position of Commercial Manager

Main purpose of the job:

To coordinate and oversee the commercial management for the design and delivery of the capital programme, working collaboratively with contractors, surveyors and other project team members to ensure a consistent and quality delivery of a cost effective and customer focused service.

Key Areas of Responsibility

• Take responsibility for the commercial performance of all projects
• Develop commercial strategies and lead on contractual negotiations
• Ensure all projects are delivered in accordance with the contract
• Provide accurate cost advice and financial reporting to the client
• Deputise on all matters of a commercial and technical nature for the Head of Design, Delivery & Commercial as determined
• Deliver work outputs within client led targets and time frames
• Constructively challenge processes and management decisions to bring about service improvements
• Clearly articulate project needs on a scheme by scheme basis
• Pro-actively contribute to value management and value engineering studies at project and programme level Where the postholder is disabled, every effort will be made to supply all necessary aids, adaptations or equipment to allow them to carry out all the duties of the job. If, however, a certain task proves to be unachievable, job redesign will be given full consideration.
• Maintain an awareness and observation of Fire and Health & Safety Regulations and good practice requirements throughout the company.

Skills

•  Minimum 3-5  years of experience in planning of shut down and turnaround projects in construction sector
• interpersonal skill, ethical values and commitment to continual improvement
• Of Strong communication and analytical skills
• Fluent in English, Azeri and Russian
