Leading Accounting Specialist
Job description:
- Execute daily accounting transactions
- Review supporting documents, identify issues and follow accounting procedures
- Prepare various reports and analytics as needed
- Support accounting team in monthly close process
- Identify accounting and bookkeeping issues and propose solutions
- Backup accounting team in execution of various transactions
- Support Chief accountant in supervising the junior staffs
Requirements:
- A university degree in Finance, Accounting or Business studies is preferred
- Relevant work experience of minimum 3 years
- Knowledge of basic accounting processes such as purchases, sales, payroll
- Understanding of financial reporting under IFRS (passing F3 and F7 papers is preferred)
- Advanced MS Excel and 1C programs
- Proficient in Azerbaijani and Russian, English is preferred
- High level of communication skills
- Motivated and good team player
