Tax Compliance and Accounting Management Group helps companies operating in Azerbaijan effectively deal with their business and tax accounting. We manage preparation of all necessary financial statements and tax records in accordance with local legislation, help clients resolve arising business and tax accounting issues and deal with authorities.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the creation and implementation of Tax Compliance services  and assist with business and practice development initiatives
• Lead a functional work stream on a project or support project team in leading multiple work streams.
• Work with cross-functional teams in implementing services and lead team interviews and workshops.
• Assist in the development and presentation of final project deliverables

Requirements:

• Ability to function effectively on both large and small teams
• Excellent foundational consulting skills: analytical, written and verbal communication, strong executive presence, facilitation and presentation skills
• Experience managing multiple complex projects.
• Graduated higher education (accounting, economics, finance, etc)
• More than 5 years’ relevant experience
• Knowledge of IFRS, accounting, 1C, excel
• Flexibility to adapt to a variety of different engagement types, working hours and work environments
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and multitasking
• Fluent Azerbaijan, Russian and English (oral and written) to work on projects
• Effective team player
• Strong interpersonal skills
